What the evening includes:

  • 60 minutes of intentional Kundalini Yoga (No experience needed. Breathwork, gentle movement, & meditation guided by Shelby Eiford from, The Beautiful Being.)

  • Warm drinks + nourishing light appetizers

  • All vision boarding materials provided: magazines, stickers, affirmations, and a guided process

  • A take-home gift bag with tools for continued calm and focus

  • Your completed 20×30” vision board to display and reference daily

  • A group photo sent to you within two days
